Stefano Baiocco's food pays testimony to his passion for the craft. Honed by his travels, every dish reveals the intensity of his cooking and the sensitivity he brings to the ingredients. Stefano has worked with Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence and at Ferran Adrià's El Bulli restaurant in Barcelona. He has also been strongly influenced by his time working in the kitchens of two great Master Chefs, Alain Ducasse and Pierre Gagnaire. In 2008, Villa Feltrinelli gained its first Michelin star which is retained to this day. Stefano Baiocco's work has secured many other awards and widespread recognition.
